The Bible says: God Delights in the prosperity of His saints, (Psalm 35:27), so it is certain that God wants you to prosper in every area of your life not just in health and in spiritual matters but also in finance, however, sometimes there are factors that stop this prosperity from coming to pass in the lives of believers, while some factors are internal, such as laziness, procratination disobedience, etc, some are external such as unfavorable government policies, demonic sieges etc.
Good news is God has given us power to trample upon all the works of the enemy and He has also given grace to overcome every weakness that is stopping you from moving forward in life (Luke 10:19, 2 Corinthians 12:9).
All you need to do is to believe and act in faith, take that step, submit your application, get yourself prepared for the job you are applying for, pray without ceasing ( Hosea 4:6, Proverbs 16:3, 1Thessalonians 5:17), get knowledge so you can stand out from the crowd and having done all, wait in faith.
As you say these prayers to gain new employment, may the Lord cause men that matter to remember you and favor you greatly this season, that you will get that new employment in Jesus mighty name. Let’s proceed to the prayers to gain new employment

28. Lord use my life to show forth your glory, power and majesty that all may see and know that God reigns truly in the affairs of men.
29. Let my life be a testament of your grace, love and mercy in Jesus name
