“BEWARE OF JONADABS……DO NOT GIVE IN TO SATANIC COUNSELS”
The Lust of Amnon to commit INCEST & RAPE with her half sister Tamar was ENABLED by the Bad Counsel of JONADAB.
This triggered a chain of events that bred MURDER, CONSPIRACY & NEAR LOSS OF THE THRONE OF KING DAVID
Folks, The “Bad Advisers” go free and The Lord holds the Believer responsible for the WRONG DOING/SINS.
What to do?
It is strongly recommended that we process “Decisions” through the FURNACE of THE WORD OF GOD.
Does that CHOICE/ DECISION meet the STANDARD of “What is Written”?

According to Sam13:14, “Amnon would not heed the pleas of Tamar and being stronger than she, he forced her and lay with her” RAPE / INCEST
After TWO YEARS of the Offence of Amnon, Absalom PLANNED A REVENGE!
“The Servants of Absalom did to Amnon as Absalom had commanded.”(MURDER)

After the murder of Amnon, “Absalom fled and went to Talmai the son of Ammihud”

Lessons
The Standard of the Bible for the Believer is:
1. “Repay No EVIL for EVIL”
(Rom 12:17)
2. “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay” says the Lord
(Rom 12:19)
3. “Do not be overcome by EVIL, but overcome EVIL with GOOD”
(Rom 12:21)
Conclusion
Folks, offences within the Family are inevitable because of living together in close proximity.
Indeed, Amnon & Jonadab did WRONG by the conspiracy to RAPE Tamar!
Vengeance by MURDER led to DEATH !
(King David lost 2 Sons) Followed by DAMAGED RELATIONSHIPS !!
The Lord commanded that “Vengeance” is Not the Prerogative of Man!
Usually, Man’s “Best Efforts” precipitate further crisis instead of the desired “CLOSURE”
