Reflections On Habakkuk 2.
Theme: All of those who are wicked, prideful, greedy, idolatrous and violent will be punished.
This chapter focuses on God’s response to the prophet’s complaints about the wickedness of Judah and the impending judgment by the Chaldeans.
God instructs Habakkuk to write down the vision of the future, emphasizing the the righteous will live by their faithfulness.
The chapter also outlines five ‘ woes’ or pronouncements of judgment against various sins, including greed, violence and idolatry. Ultimately, the chapter assures that God’s justice will prevail and the wicked will be punished while the righteous will be preserved.

1.Woes against those who build their wealth and power through oppression and violence. Verses 6-8.
2.Woes against those who are greedy and build their houses through dishonest gain. Verses 9-11.

4.Woes against those who get others drunk to exploit them. Verses 15-17.
5.Woes against those who create and worship idols. Verses 18-20.

Reflections On Habakkuk 3
Today, we study the Book of Habakkuk chapter three, where Prophet Habakkuk reiterated the need to be STEADFAST, trusting the Lord.

Divine Assurance
The good news is that the Lord has promised: “He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honour him”
(Psalms 91:15)
