THOUGHTS ON GENESIS CHAPTER 7
1. The Ark that God instructed Noah to build to save the lives of men and animals is a typology of the Name of Jesus Christ.
As the Scripture says, “Whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”Joel 2:32; also in Matthew 1: 21, ” And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call His Name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins.”
So the Ark symbolises the Name of Jesus. When you accept Him and confess Him as your Lord and Saviour, you have entered into the Ark of Covenant; the Boat of Salvation.
2. As it happened in the first world which was totally corrupted but God still found Noah as the only righteous man,it is still happening today. There are many righteous men and women, boys and girls, young and old all over the earth today. It is a matter of choice. God always has a remnant. As He found Noah righteous in his generation, may God also find us righteous and holy in this our generation in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen!
3.God commanded Noah to bring in man and beast and all the living things on the earth into the Ark in twos, male and female to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.verse 3.And the Bible says that in the beginning, God created man in His own image, male and female created He them. What is the purpose of male and female? To keep seed alive. He needs a righteous seed. For the purpose of multiplication. So, to every single female, there is a male and to every single male, there is a female. The God who seeks a righteous seed, a Godly seed as seen in Malachi 2:15 will surely connect every single person who is a male to his female and every single person who is a female to her male. Except the Lord has created you for another purpose. Otherwise, His purpose of procreation will be fulfilled in our lives as His creation in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen! Therefore, whatever and whoever is hindering the plan of God from being actualized in the lives of His people is destroyed in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ! Amen! Family creation is God’s plan from the beginning and that is for the population of His Kingdom on the earth. God is the Lord of hosts. His wil will be done in our lives as it is in heaven in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen!
We will not be few, we will multiply in righteouseness in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen! The Bible says in Psalm 68:6, “God setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out those who are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.”
We the children of God are not rebels, so we cannot dwell in a dry land! We cannot be barren in our land! We must be fruitful both in soul winning and in the fruit of our body in Jesus Christ’s Name! Amen!
The family is the starting point for evangelism! The family and soul winning is God’s delight! So let us occupy till He comes!
