RECOUNTING GOD’S FAITHFULNESS UPON US

Psalm 103:1-5
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. [2] Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: [3] Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; [4] Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; [5] Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Jeremiah 30:19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
Brethren, you are welcome to another season of fasting and prayer, the Global Annual Solemn Assembly 40 days daily fasting and prayer 2022. It is a moment of collective and individual encounter with God and this year won’t be an exception in Jesus name.
It may look like there’s nothing to thank God for this time due to the happenings around us, but a critical and thoughtful flash back will leave us with no option than to give thanks to God for all his manifold blessings and loving kindness over us. Even in the midst of insecurities and hike in prices of goods and services, we need to remember the;
1. The child births.
2. The weddings.
3. The preservation of lives.
4. The healings .
5. The jobs
6. The protections
And lots more!
♦️We measure God’s blessings only in terms of money and material things; we don’t see the healings, deliverances, protection, salvation, guidance, peace of mind etc as greater blessings.
♦️Sometimes we misinterpret and limit God’s blessings to what we can touch and see but what about those things money cannot buy or do?
So therefore, as we start this fasting, let’s start by thanksgiving and praise.
*Psalm 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.*
Therefore, in today’s prayer, we shall thank God and praise Him for what he has done and what he is yet to do in the ministry and in our live.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Thank God for keeping Living Faith Foundation in the midst of all the challenges in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
2. Thank God for being alive to witness another season of fasting and prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
3. Thank Him for his faithfulness in the past conventions.
4. Thank Him for journey mercies both for short and long distance towards the convention
5. Thank God for provision and protection over the people before, during and after convention.
6. Thank God for answered prayers and unanswered prayers.
7. Thank God for your life and your family.
