I see a relatable pattern here from Jesus encounter with the man at the pool of Bethesda.
We often want to chronicle details of out live’s challenges before God, as the man was doing. But verse 6 tells us Jesus already knew he had been long in that condition.
Brethren, God knows those details of our lives. The man’s opportunity came with the simple question our Lord asked “Do you want to get well?”
Jesus is well positioned to help us this year, let’s not waste time in story telling or giving excuses, let’s just pick up those “mats” and walk.
Arise, shine, for your light has come!
