Are you a beneficiary of the mercies of God? Have you seen Him practically fighting battles for you even when you were not aware of the enemies around? Has He ever delivered you from accident, death and other evil plots of the wicked against your life?
Have you ever wondered why God loves you so much despite your inadequacies? Thanksgiving is the only way you can appreciate Him for His divine protection and prevailing mercies upon your life and your family.
If God decides to open the eyes of believers to see how much the enemies fight against us day and night, and how He (God) protects us from their evil plots, we will not be coercized to thank God
Scripture says we should be sober and vigilant, for the devil who is our adversary is always moving around, seeking whom to devour, (1 Peter 5:8) but guess what? Many times, the enemy has tried to attack us especially in our vulnerable moments but because God has given His angels charge over us to keep in all our ways, He assured that His angels will bear us up in our hands lest we dash our foot against a stone (Psalm 91),
Therefore, the attacks of the enemy seems nothing because the angels of God are on standby watching out and protecting us from evil.
How many times have you seen yourself in a terrible nightmare that seemed so real yet you woke up unhurt, and unharmed?
For these and many reasons, you should give thanks to God.Before we proceed to the prayers of Thanksgiving for divine protection, lift up your voice and begin to sing praises to your maker, your protector, your strong refuge, your present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46).

13. Lord I bless your righteous name for keeping me alive and well despite the works of the enemy
14. Thank you for frustrating evil efforts over my life
15. Thank you for making their evil arrows turn against them
16. Thank you for causing the demonic sacrifices carried against me to turn against them
17. Thank you for not allowing their imaginations prosper over my life
18. Father I thank you for all you do for me even while I am asleep
19. Thank you for giving your angels over me to protect me and shield me from all evil, blessed be your Holy name Lord
20. Thank you Father for giving me rest on every side according to your Word
21. Lord I am grateful for your mercies that never fails or end over my life, to you be all the glory
22. Thank you Father for loving me and protecting me even in my carelessness and prayerlessness
23. Thank you for always honoring your Word in my life
24. Thank you Father for the power in the name of Jesus Christ that guarantees us freedom from the powers and grip of the evil ones
25. Thank you Father for giving peace that surpasses all human understanding

27. Thank you for always attending to my cry for help even in my dream, blessed be your Holy name Lord
28. Thank you for the power in the blood of Jesus Christ that is ever able to reverse the works of the enemy in my life
29. Thank you king of glory for always making ways of escape for me from the traps of the devil, even when all roads seems blocked
30. Thank you for your great restoration that has given me back all that the enemy stole from me and my family
31. Thank you king of glory for all the times you have protected me and shielded me from attacks in dreams and in the physical

33. Thank you for protecting my cousins from that fatal accident,to you be all the glory Lord
34. Thank you for stopping my foot from working into error, to you be all the glory Lord
