…fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons.” (1 Samuel 16: 1).
Before David was anointed as King of Israel, Samuel was needed. Samuel heard from God before David could fulfill his destiny; Samuel discussed with God on how to make David rise to royalty; Samuel brought a strategy on how to make David King despite Saul’s presence. David did not have the oil to anoint himself, but Samuel had it.
Friend, is there a future you desire, but you have no man to make it happen? God says, your ‘Samuel’ is coming. God will send men who will hold discussions to move you higher; God will send men who will connect you to your future and push for your progress; God is sending you men who will make things happen for you.
When your ‘Samuel’ shows up, he stands in the gap for you, shortens your journey and makes difficult matters simple; he speaks on your behalf, raises strategies and makes arrangements in your favour; he does for you what you can’t do for yourself, takes risks on your behalf, he negotiates for a better life on your behalf, and protects your interests.
God is giving instructions to the ‘Samuel’s of your destiny; they will get divine instructions that will favour you; God will send men on errands for your benefit; God will use your ‘Samuel’ to open new doors for you; God will send your ‘Samuel’s on assignment to make your future a reality.
Don’t break your head on how your future will be a reality; God has prepared a ‘Samuel’ to help you; God is using a ‘Samuel’ to work for you in places you don’t know of. Focus on God: a ‘Samuel’ is already working for you.
Psalm 54 vs. 4 says: “Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.”
Prayer:
Lord, I believe Your word; my ‘Samuel’ is coming, in Jesus’ name!
