Are you struggling with the spirit of bitterness? Do you struggle to forgive and let go of offences, are you often sick and depressed? You need to say these prayers against the spirit of bitterness
Bitterness is like a slow poison that does a lot of damage to the carrier, sadly enough it may take time for you to know you are actually been bitter, but if the Holy Spirit has revealed to you through dreams, honest friends or through other means, then you need to pray against bitterness with all of your heart.
The Bible says in Matthew 5:45 that God allows the sun to shine upon both the just and unjust, that is, God expresses his love to both those who deserve it and those who don’t, God expects us to show love the same way He does, to those who are worthy and those who are not, as a matter of fact He commands us to love our enemies and to do good to those who hate you (Matthew 5:44).
When we disobey this instruction, we choose to walk in bitterness and that has dire consequences, the only way to be delivered from the spirit of bitterness is choosing to walk in love towards everyone around you, as you choose to walk in love from today, may the Lord hear you, heal you of every form of bitterness and restore the joy of your salvation in Jesus mighty name (Psalm 51:12), let’s proceed to the prayers

1. Father I come to you laying my heart bare before you today, please heal me of every form of bitterness
2. Deliver me oh Lord from the destruction I am doing to myself through bitterness
3. Father please deliver me by your mercy from this poison called bitterness
4. Grant me the grace to forgive and let go of every grudge I am holding onto
5. Oh Lord pleass grant me divine wisdom to relate with people without expecting too much from them
6. Grant me a new heart oh Lord
7. Help me Father to know you more and understand your love for the whole human race
8. Help me Lord to love just as you love me unconditionally
9. Lord grant me the grace to look beyond people’s flaws that I may see the beauty you have deposited in every heart
10. Give me the grace to heal from every past hurt and offence
11. Lord Jesus I ask that you give me the grace to study your Word that I may know you more
12. Father in your mercy open my eyes to the wonders in your Word
13. Help me to receive Revelations of you, that I may have a deeper walk with you Lord
14. Let my heart align with your will for my life Lord
15. Oh Lord please keep me from covetousness and wanting what I cannot afford
16. Help me to be contented with everything you have provided for me Lord
17. Please grant me the grace to see your goodness in everything that surrounds me
18. Help me Lord to flourish in your will for my life
19. Keep me busy oh Lord with fulfilling destiny that there will be no time or space for bitterness in my heart
20. By the mercies of God I release everyone who has offended me from my heart
21. Oh Lord please heal me from depression that came through bitterness and anger
22. Help me to keep my heart secure from the tricks of the devil
23. Please deliver me Lord from every lie of the devil that I have accepted with my heart
24. Oh Lord please help me to begin to see myself through your lens
25. Give me the grace to love others deeply just the way you want me to
26. Grant me the grace to speak the right words always
27. Let your mercy continually speak for me every season of my life Lord

29. I close the door of my heart against every suspicion and lies from the pit of hell
30. Father please restore every relationship I have lost through bitterness and strife in Jesus name

32. Grant me the grace to love effortless and make room for other people’s shortcomings
