Are you often anxious or worried that somethings may go wrong in your life or around you? Are you in a relationship but you’re often worried that it may not end well? Are you often bothered about certain things in your life?
Have you lost your trust and faith in God as regards some aspects of life due to your past experiences? Are you beginning to get weary in the place of prayer and supplication all because of anxiety? You need to say these prayers for anxiety and we trust that the Lord will help you overcome this enemy of peace in Jesus name
Anxiety is indeed an enemy of your peace as it projects everything negative, it will not only rob you of your joy but if allowed for long can deprive you of the blessings that God has in store for you, this is why the bible warns us seriously against worrying and anxiety, it says which one of you can add a cubit to his life just by worrying about it? The answer is simply none (Matthew 6:27),
Of a truth, anxiety and worry cannot change anything about a situation instead it will make you lose your joy and peace, as a matter of fact, when you get too anxious, you tend to forget the power of God and how God showed up for you in time past when the situation was terrible and it seemed there was no way through for you.
This is why the bible gives us a solution to anxiety, it says in Philippians 4:6-8 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God”
What this means is, instead of worrying and been anxious, go to God in prayers, tell Him your present situation and fears, and tell Him exactly what you want to see happen in your life and your family.
As you do this, you will experience what is been explained in verse 7 of Philippians 4 “and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
The bible also tells us to strictly resist the devil and He will flee from us (James 4:7), resisting the devil here means that whenever the enemy tries to bring up negative thoughts to your mind that will likely make you anxious, you must immediately resist the devil by confessing the Word of God such as:
” Get thee behind me Satan, the Lord rebuke you oh devil (Zechariah 3:2, Matthew 16:23)” and replace the devil’s suggestion with the promise of God such as “It is written in Psalm 91, With long life will God satisfy me and show me His salvation, it is written in Psalm 34:10 that the young lions may lack, and suffer hunger: but I that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing” etc
As you confess the Word of the Lord daily and pray daily, you shall surely overcome the spirit of anxiety in Jesus name.
Let’s proceed to the prayers:
1. Father I bless your holy name for your mercy and your faithfulness and love upon my life
2. Thank you Jesus for your grace that is sufficient for me
3. Father I bless your holy name for your Word that has never failed me
4. Lord I am grateful for all your promises in you are yes and amen
5. Thank you Jesus for the hope of a better tomorrow that I have in you
6. I am grateful Lord for I know now that there’s nothing impossible with you
7. Father I bless your holy name for I know that you are going to make everything work out for my good in the end
8. Thank you Jesus for your assurance of mercy upon my life
9. I am grateful that my life is not a waste but a masterpiece in your hands oh Lord
10. Father I ask for your mercy in all ways I have allowed anxiety and fear to take over me
11. Lord please forgive me for not trusting you enough to believe your Word
12. Lord I ask that you show me mercy in every way I have doubted your power to rescue me from my current predicament in Jesus name
13. Father please forgive me for not doing your will all the while
14. Lord please show me the way out of this present situation
15. Let my worries turn to faith and testimonies for me this season in Jesus name
16. Oh Lord help me to totally trust in you and rely on you for my answers in Jesus name
17. Help me Lord to overcome the spirit of fear that wants to rob me of my blessings in Jesus name
18. Lord Jesus please open my eyes to see the solutions that you have placed around me in Jesus name
19. Father please cause my destiny helpers to speedily locate me this season
20. I reject every spirit of fear and anxiety, it shall not have control over me
21. I shall wait patiently for the manifestation of God’s promises over my life and my family in Jesus name
22. My life shall surely go according to God’s blue print for my destiny in Jesus name
23. I reject every short cut presented by the enemy against my progress in Jesus name
24. I refuse to be fooled by the tricks of the enemy in Jesus name
25. According to the Word of God I receive the grace to be anxious about nothing but to always present my case before God in prayers
26. Every form of spiritual weakness that stops me from praying, I come against it today in Jesus name
27. I receive divine wisdom to apply God’s instruction to every area of my life in Jesus name
28. I shall not be stranded in life, my life shall be filled with the grace and direction of God in Jesus name
29. I come against every arrangement of hell to make me derail from the path of life through anxiety in Jesus name
30. Lord I refuse to make wrong decisions as a result of anxiety in Jesus name
31. Father I ask that my life shall daily bring you glory and praise in Jesus name
32. Beautiful testimonies shall emanate from my current challenge in Jesus name
33. The power of hell is broken over my life in Jesus name
34. I receive the grace to guard my heart with all diligence against the spirit of fear and anxiety in Jesus name
35. The love for God shall continually grow in my heart that I can trust Him daily and obey Him daily in Jesus name
36. Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers.
