Isaiah 60:18 “Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, Neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; But you shall call your walls Salvation, And your gates Praise”.

Unfortunately, in recent times the opposite is the case, there are battles in many countries and societies, many young men are recruited into terrorist groups in order to oppress the people in the society.
Many have lost their loved ones, while others are still leaving in fear of death daily, all because of the high rate of terrorism. Even those who used to feel safe are beginning to feel the heat of insecurity in the nations.
As a believer, what should you do in all of this? You are to rise as an intercessor to interceed for the land, to seek the face of God and ask for His peace to reign.
His promise for us is to give us peace, so you will be reminding him of his promises in these prayers, He is also our present help in time of need (Isaiah 46:1), so you will be calling him to intervene in the matter of your society and nation now.
You will be praying for those young men whose faces have been covered with demonic veils , so they could perform evils against their society, that the Lord will open their spiritual eyes of understanding and reawaken their conscience that they may do that which is right, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
As you pray this day, the God of peace shall intervene speedily and grant us peace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
